West Mercia Youth Justice Service (WMYJS) is a partnership between the agencies listed below who have a responsibility to contribute to prevent offending and improve the lives of children and young people across the West Mercia region.
Representatives of all the agencies are part of the WMYJS Management Board who meet on a bimonthly basis and oversee all the work of the service. WMYJS is hosted by the Office of the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC).
The West Mercia area includes the local authority areas of Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and Worcestershire.
